What we look for
Workshops where participants learn by working on something together: conceptual or practical, with discussions or with code. Tell us the outline, the key takeaways, and who the workshop is for: everyone, AI professionals, or AI developers. Most of the conference audience work hands-on with AI: in 2026, 70% of attendees worked as practitioners. Others are researchers, students, and people starting to use AI in their organisation.
How we choose
A proposal is the start of a conversation in which we shape the workshop together with you to fit the audience. We review every proposal and contact shortlisted hosts for a short conversation about logistics, format, and requirements before the program is set. Whether a workshop is accepted depends on how it fits the program and the schedule.
Questions go to workshops@gaia.fish.
