AI has transformed software development at unprecedented speed. AI-assisted development is now evolving into fully agentic systems that can orchestrate themselves and work independently. While autonomy is the goal, the missing link is grounding AI systems in high-fidelity, domain-specific context. Successful adoption, therefore, depends on leveraging MCP servers and specialized skills to anchor AI in the enterprise’s real-world environment.
This talk explores the technical and business foundations required to securely scale agentic capabilities. We will highlight the importance of clarifying intent through Specification-Driven Development, grounding AI models in domain context for reliable performance, and establishing a practical governance model to ensure the safe, compliant, and responsible integration of MCP servers.
