Our annual meeting is where the members review the past year, decide whether to discharge the board, elect the board, the auditor, and the election committee for the coming year, and set the membership fee, as our statutes (PDF) set out.
You are welcome from 17:30, when we serve food, and the meeting starts at 18:00. To help us order the right amount of food, please register in our form by 12:00 on Friday 6 November. After the meeting, Josef Lindman Hörnlund gives a talk, “State of AI”.
Only members may attend. Everyone who has joined and paid the membership fee since the last annual meeting, on 25 November 2025, is a member. If you have not, you can become a member until the meeting starts.
