The first year of the GAIA non-profit organisation has passed and it is time for our second annual meeting. At the meeting, the members review the finances, accept or reject the board’s management of the year, and elect a board for the coming year.
Only members are allowed at the meeting. Everyone who joined and paid between the last annual meeting and the start of this meeting is members for that year.
